Personal Time Off (PTO)
Regular full-time employees are eligible to accrue up to 4.615 hours per pay period, or 15 days per year with a maximum of 160 hours that can be carried over at the end of each year. Senior Employees will be eligible to accrue 6.15 hours per pay period or 20 days per year with a maximum of 240 hours that can be carried over at the end of each year.
9 paid holidays per year (includes one personal holiday and the Monday after the Superbowl – American Sport’s Holiday).
Bereavement/Funeral Leave
Employees will be paid for up to 3 days to attend the funeral of a close relative.
Jury Duty/Voting Leave
Time off from work will be granted as necessary and in compliance with applicable law.
Corporate Events
PHD offers several company-sponsored events throughout the year (including 2 overnight stays which includes the mid-year summer picnic for employees/families and our year-end holiday party for employees + guest).
401K Plan
PHD offers a “Safe Harbor” 401K (Traditional and/or Roth) plan to all employees.  The company contributes $1 of each $1 on the first 3% of your salary deferrals, and $0.50 of each $1 on the next 2% of your salary deferrals (up to a total of 4%).
Tuition Reimbursement
Full-time employees are eligible to apply for the tuition reimbursement/assistance program after one year of employment.  After approval from the company, employees are eligible for reimbursement upon successful completion of approved course(s) at an accredited institution.
Bonus Program
Eligible employees may earn bonuses based on their performance during the current work year.
Training and Professional Licensing Assistance
PHD encourages its employees who are interested in continuing education and job-specific training to identify opportunities with their colleagues. Once approved, PHD will pay for necessary professional licensure applications/renewals and approved seminars/courses.
PHD encourages staff to participate in local professional societies and will reimburse membership dues. Costs associated with attending meetings may also be reimbursed.
Employee Assistance Programs
Our employee assistance program (EAP) is a complimentary work-based intervention program designed to assist employees in resolving personal problems that may be adversely affecting the employee’s performance. Family members of employees also have complimentary access.

Parental Leave Pay

All full-time employees (male and female) will be provided up to 2 weeks of paid parental leave to employees following the birth of an employee’s child or the placement of a child with an employee in connection with adoption or foster care to enable the you to care for and bond with a newborn or a newly adopted or newly placed child.

Employer HSA Contribution

If you select the HSA Plan with it’s designated Savings Account, PHD will contribute:

  • $600/Annually – Employee Only Plans
  • $1,800/Annually – Employee + Spouse, Employee + Child(ren), Family Plans
